The Adirondack Sky Center & Observatory is always seeking dedicated volunteers to help with our day-to-day (and night!) operations. We are looking for volunteers who may:
Help out with organizing parking during public observing nights at our roll-off roof observatory.
Teach the public about the night sky with a laser pointer or telescope during our public observing nights.
Assist with afterschool programs or camps.
Support dark sky initiatives in the high peaks region and beyond.
Aid in our office/gift-shop operations, especially on weekends.
